  • Combination of electronic and telepathic signals to instill ideas and beliefs.
  • Establish a new religious or “omnipotent” figure.

But it should be noted that, according to several experts, the theory is only conspiratorial, without foundation or solid evidence. Maximiliano Campana, doctor of law and social sciences from the University of Cordoba, and the verification site Maldita, from Spain, among others, have rejected these plots.

Even though the date went viral on social media and people wanted to join the “Blue Beam Project” and NASA, The truth is that there will be an exercise that will test the warning systems of the United States government.

There Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA, for its acronym in English), confirmed in a press release that the exercise will take place from 2:20 p.m. (Eastern time) on October 4 and will send an emergency alert to all cell phones, televisions and radios in the country.

This exercise aims to generate a routine test, carried out every two years in the country, to ensure the proper functioning of emergency alert systems in the country.
