Ukrainian intelligence services have arrested 13 people as part of a major operation against an alleged Russian spy network in the Mikolaiv region, located in the south of the country. For their part, Russian authorities have accused members of the Ukrainian military authorities of “terrorism” for their attacks against Russian territory since the start of the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 on the orders of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
