Mexican badminton players compete in Canada

The nine athletes will participate in the 2023 Canadian International Challenge, December 5 to 10 in Markham; They carried out a previous concentration at the CNAR

The Mexican badminton team is about to close its year of competition, as it will play its last engagement of 2023, within the framework of the Canadian International Challenge, which will take place from December 5 to 10, in the city of Markham, located north of Toronto.

The national women’s branch is made up of Haramara Gaitán Fausto, Miriam Jacqueline Rodríguez Pérez, Sabrina Solís Martínez, Romina Fregoso Guevara and Vanessa García Contreras.

The men’s category is made up of Job Castillo Galindo, Luis Armando Montoya Navarro, Luis Ramón Garrido and Armando Gaitán Fausto.

The national teams have just participated in the V International El Salvador 2023, which took place from November 28 to December 3, and for the two international competitions they carried out a preliminary concentration at the National Center for the Development of Sports Talents and High Performance (CNAR).

With the presence of more than 15 countries at the international tournament, our country will compete in the women’s and men’s singles categories, as well as women’s, men’s and mixed doubles. They will thus make way for other athletes who like to perform in this discipline. Well, it is not one of the most popular within our republic.
