Argentina will make their Copa América debut against Canada
This Saturday, the football team Canada beat Trinidad and Tobago 2-0, securing one of the last two spots available for the Copa America 2024which will take place at UNITED STATES. Canada will occupy the remaining spot in Group A, alongside Argentina, Peru and Chile.

The team led by Mauro Biello (interim), who were eliminated in the quarter-finals of the Concacaf Nations League, secured victory thanks to goals from Cyril Larin and Jacob Shaffelburg. This will be the first time that Canada participates in a Copa América.
The team led by Lionel Scalonis will begin its title defense against Canada in opening match on June 20 at 9:00 p.m. at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, Georgia. Next, they will play Chile on June 25 and close the group stage against Peru on June 29.

The tournament will take place from June 20 to July 14. The group stage will be played until July 2, followed by the quarter-finals from July 4 to 6, the semi-finals on July 9 and 10, the third place match on July 13 and the final on July 14.
