Zelenski defends dismissals of ambassadors as a “normal” practice of diplomacy
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky argued that the dismissals of Ukrainian ambassadors made public this Saturday are normal practice in the exercise of diplomacy.
“This matter of rotation is part of normal diplomatic practice.. New Ukrainian representatives will be appointed in the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Norway and India. Candidates are preparing on the model of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” Zelensky said in the daily video addressed to the Ukrainian people, as reported by the Ukrinform agency.
Zelenski, moreover, announced that they will meet “an important news” concerning the future members of the government during the next week.
