The Senate will accompany AMLO in the TMEC consultation on energy: Monreal

The Chairman of the Policy Coordination Council, Ricardo Monreal Avilaannounced on Sunday that the Senate will accompany the President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, in the dispute presented by the member countries of the TMECUnited States and Canada, in terms of hydrocarbons and energy.

Through a video shared on social networks, the Zacatecas state legislator announced that he would dialogue with the Parliamentary Group Coordinators of the Chamber of Senators, to find points of agreement so that the federal government can rely on the Senate, the guarantor of the international policy of the Mexican State.

This line emphasized the importance for Mexico of the free trader workerbecause of its implications both economic and commercial and, of course, with intensive use and job creation.

For this reason, from the Senate itself, in their respective working commissions and parliamentary groups, he explained that the situation that will guide the free trade agreement of Mexico, the United States and Canada and the call to consultations that they formulated, first the United States and more recently Canada.
