In this case, the agency has two days to decide; and, if the disagreement persists, political subjects can resort to subjective contentious resources before the Electoral Disputes Tribunal (TCE).
In the CNE projections, it is expected that the elected representatives of the assembly will be installed on November 20provided that no legal appeal is filed against the official results.
In this perspective, it is estimated that at the end of November the credentials will be given to the winning duo of these early elections and that at the beginning of December they will take their positions within the National Assembly.
Otherwise, in the event of complaints, the delivery of powers to members of the national and foreign Assembly as well as to the President and Vice-President of the Republic would be extended until the end of December.
At the end of this stage, the CNE must allocate seats to the fifteen national and six foreign legislators, who are also subject to subjective appeals.
