A TikTok user identified as @esmirna.quiro shared a video of the end of his attempt to roast meat, but in Canada.
“When a Sonora wants to make roast beef in Canada”, he writes in the recording in which he shows several photos of the preparation he made in which we can see soft drinks, sauces, tortillas.
Then there is a sequence in which he shows that he has placed his charcoal grill on the balcony of a house where he has placed the meat and some vegetables; In addition, it is appreciated that a lot of smoke came out. Finally, it shows that firefighters have arrived on the scene, apparently called by their neighbors.
This type of situation seems to occur frequently in Canada, as reported in one of his videos by former Mexican taekwondoin Jorge Hernández, better known as Sonrix on social networks, since he usually visits this country since his partner lives there, the Canadian Kim Migneault.
It was October 8 where he listed the things that made it hardest for him to live in Canada: “The neighbors are not gossips, but they report you for everything”, and indicates that they call the police if the dogs make a lot of noise; if a fire is lit, make lots of smoke; to play music at full volume, also for noise. Finally, he said: “it seems that here everything that is fun is forbidden”.
Many of his followers replied that it was good: “they are called rules of coexistence, it seems that in Mexico they do not exist”, “they simply have a culture of respect for neighbors”, “the country of people who like tranquility”, “what I would give if it were the same in my neighborhood”.
On the other hand, barbecues or roasts are popular in Canada during the summer, so people usually end up on patios, because according to data from the consulting firm IPSOS during this season, they usually do, on average, up to two free outdoor barbecues during the week, and respondents said their favorite dish was steak, followed by burgers and corn on the cob.
