This Wednesday is the deadline to confirm the Constitutional act of the pro-government coalition of the province of Buenos Aires which Daniel Scioli questions about list integration. The presidential candidate protests against the regulations imposed by Maxim Kirchner in which rules were established that discouraged participation in PASO, such as the one that established that provincial lawmakers in the minority must pass the 30% floor to integrate the list and, if necessary, they will do so from the sixth or seventh place -slots that depend on an excellent result of Unión por la Patria to start thinking about entering the Legislative Assembly of Buenos Aires-.
The former yachtsman remains open to dialogue and to reaching an agreement like the one they -assure in his environment- they had established with the Kirchnerisme which indicated that the legislators would enter from fourth place, as in the national lists. Time is running out and if you do not receive an answer within the next few hours, Scioli plans to appear in federal court and before the electoral board to challenge the regulations established by Kirchnerism for the open, simultaneous and compulsory primaries.

Scioli and Victoria Toulouse Peacewhich seeks to contest the post of governor of Axel Kicillof, wonder, in addition to the places reserved for minorities, on the fact that they are asked for guarantees to present their candidacies which must be given by parties associated with Kirchnerism who put pressure on the ambassador in Brazil and the Minister of Social Development so that they decline their candidacies.
The lists of candidates must have 50% support from the PJ, 30% from citizens and 20% from the five parties that make up the Union for the Fatherland: the Renewal Front, the Grand Front, the Victory Party, Nuevo Encuentro and Kolina. Given the explicit proposals of this sector of the ruling party for there to be no STEP, it is almost a fact that Scioli and Tolosa Paz will not have the guarantees.

It is a collective construction. It is not up to the pre-candidates to modify them according to their opinion and convenience.condemned the PJ chaired by Máximo Kirchner.
“It’s a decision that has been made, I’m not going to go down”replied Scioli on Monday. “I want to go to PASO to have autonomy and political independence”he added in an interview he gave to NT.
