Ross Video to Unveil New Production Switcher at NAB 2023

The company is preparing its portfolio of production solutions for the show, which will take place from April 16 to 19 in Las Vegas. In addition, it will show LED screens and technology clouds.

As one of NAB’s main novelties, ROSS will showcase the Ultrix hyperconverged platform, which, thanks to the new Ultrix FR12, combines 288×288 12G routing, audio processing, audio mixing, multiviewers, frame synchronization , production mixers and much more. . It will also showcase the latest advances in its Carbonite and Acuity production mixers.

ROSS also announced a revolutionary new product that will be unveiled at the show. Under the motto “From idea to audience, let’s make it a reality”, the company will base its presence at NAB 2023 on new products that enhance the capabilities and delivery of live video production workflows, encompassing hyperconverged solutions, LED screens, Graphics and XR technology clouds.

Ross Video will also perform several live demonstrations of the new releases of XPression, XPression Tessera, XPression Maps and the Piero 3D sports analysis system during the show. Some of these solutions will be put to the test in an XR environment where Voyager will demonstrate how it can take advantage of the latest advancements in Unreal Engine 5, such as Nanite and Lumen technologies.

Regarding LED screens and cloudsThe company said Ross will debut two new families of LED displays, renderers and remote power supplies at NAB 2023. Visitors will be able to see displays on apps for sporting and live events, extended reality and digital signage. At the same time, the Canadian firm will focus on the following Ross Production Cloud (RPC) product portfolio, which allows users to deploy a complete video production solution in public or private clouds.
