The member of WWE Hall of Fame, Debrah Anne Miceli, better known as alundra blayze or as Madusa during her time in WCW, she will publish her autobiography on April 18, 2023, under the seal of Canadian publisher ECW Press.

The book will be called “The Woman Who Would Be King: The Madusa Story” and will have as co-author Greg Oliviersportswriter and author of other wrestling-related titles such as “The Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame: Tag Teams” (published in 2005, with Steven Johnson) and ‘clap! Moreover, it is confirmed that Paul Heyman will be in charge of writing preface of the book. Let us remember that Heyman and Madusa they worked together in WCWwhere they were part of the group known as “Dangerous Alliance”.

ECW Press also revealed the synopsis of the book, which you can read below:

“During four decades of entertainment, in the wrestling ring and on the monster truck tracks, Debrah ‘Madusa’ Micele could never stand still. But his desire to learn, grow and inspire legions of followers hid deep secrets… His upbringing was a lie from the start and the dark truths of his childhoodrevealed here for the first time, are the first examples of Debrah’s determination to prevail.”

Pro wrestling may have been an odd choice for a nursing student, but Madusa pulled out all the stops, toughening up in Japan before conquering WWE as Alundra Blayze. Held the WWE Women’s Championship…until she was fired. In the rival company, WCW, Madusa starred in an infamous moment in trash the WWE Championship on TV Direct”.

“Later, in 1999, Madusa changed her mind and revolutionized the world of “monster trucks”. During “meet and greet,” girls wearing “Queen of Carnage” t-shirts lined up with ogled fans. In 2004, She was a world champion in a sport dominated by men. Only one thing eludes her: motherhood. It’s the compelling story of how one woman survived childhood abuse, financial disaster, near-death injuries, heartache and chaos to emerge triumphant.”

Madusa last year expressed her desire to have a retirement game. His last TV appearance was in July of this year, on NXT 2.0, when announced a fatal four-way elimination in which the then-vacant NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships were on the line.
