The Vox councilor in the Guadalajara city council and vice-president of formation in the province, Javier Toquero, is ultimately the candidate for mayor of the capital for the party led by Santiago Abascal, as sources confirmed to La Tribuna Match.
The decision was adopted by the National Executive Committee for National Education and today, publicly in plenary, received congratulations from the current party spokesperson and mayoral candidate in the last election , Antonio de Miguel, as well as spokesperson for Ciudadanos, Israel Marco.
For his part, the candidate, married and father of two children and a technician, also published his nomination today on the networks and assured that he will put all his effort so that the citizens feel represented.
Toquero was self-employed in a publishing house in Guadalajara and was a tourist guide for wholesalers in Spain, France and Italy. He has also worked in the beef cattle sector in Canada, France and Italy. However, for more than 24 years, he has been a technician in fire protection systems.

Thus, in the end, the party did not count on Antonio de Miguel in this matter despite the fact that, as he presented himself to continue as a candidate, as he advanced to La Tribuna a few years ago weeks.
And almost at the same time that this appointment was known, the provincial president of Vox, Josué Martín, presented his resignation after having entrusted the training at the national level to the councilor of Alovera and provincial deputy, Iván Sánchez, as number 1 in the Cortes. of Castilla-La Mancha, as party sources indicate to this media.
