Ovis canadensisis the only group of students in the PrepaTec Chiapas which focuses on the biology and science and who participated in provincial, national and international competitions.
With 7 years Since its creation, the student group has obtained gold, bronze and silver medalsat the State Olympics and Biology Nationals and the International scientific competition.

Ovis Canandensis and its foundation
The idea of creating this student group was born in 2016 at the initiative of Jorge Chandomi but, due to the number of its members, 4 at the time, it started as a biology club.
“Seeing that there were children who liked this science and who wanted to participate in the Biology Olympiad, they decided to have a club”.
“We started working just to participate in the National Biology Competition and, seeing that several young people were already interested, they invited us to be a group of students”Jorge confirmed.
This invitation came two years later, in 2018and from there, ovis canandensis began the performance of Chiapas at the state and national level.
Representations in state and national biology competitions
According Jorge Chandomigroup mentor, Ovis canadensis represents Chiapas in the National Biology Olympiad since 2016, where they have always won gold, silver and bronze medals.

Future plans
