Cancun.- The National Chamber of Passenger Transport and Tourism (Canapat) regretted that to date the operations to detect irregularities in the transfer of passengers have not yet been reactivated, since they have identified that there there are at least 10 companies offering service from Cancun. to destinations such as Tabasco and Chiapas, without being duly established.
Julio García, representative of Canapat, indicated that the National Guard allowed these companies to operate naturally, despite the fact that they reiterated the importance of resuming checks on highways and irregular terminals.
“Unfortunately they have not been able to conduct any operations to date, the National Guard, we insist that they are needed to have an equal floor,” he said.
In this sense, he urged the corresponding authorities to intervene in this regard to guarantee the integrity of the users, mainly.
“It’s a toss up if they arrive or not, they drink booze on the way, these are issues that have ceased to be seen and we hope as a letter to the Three Kings that they take this into account issue by 2023,” he concluded.
