Grupo Bimbo's subsidiary, Canada Bread, has acquired all of the shares of the Saputo Bakery company. The Mexican company clarified that the above follows the announcement made on December 18 of last year. In a statement, Bimbo said it expects the business to generate annual sales in excess of C$130 million. For its part, it estimates obtaining an adjusted profit before financial expenses, taxes and depreciation (EBITDA) of 15.5 million Canadian dollars.
