The United States expected another totally golden day for their athletes in the speed tests, however, they did not have the experience of Andre De Grasse who was responsible for closing the relay and overcoming Marvin Bracy in a great duel to win the gold medal.
From the first 100 meters, the Canadians came out with an advantage and in the deliveries they managed to stay ahead with a fierce battle with the teams of the United States and Great Britain.
