American Abrams tanks are already in Ukraine

The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, took stock of his speech to the nation during his visit last week to the United States and Canada, and highlighted, among all the commitments made, “the historic decision of the United States to produce weapons and defense systems” jointly with Ukraine.

“Specifically, air defense,” Zelensky said of the defensive systems that Ukraine and the United States will co-produce if that commitment comes to fruition.

Agreements between Russia and the North worry the United States
