So far this year, the Inditex founder has purchased an office building in glasgow (Scotland) for 200 million pounds (about 237 million euros), as well as the iconic Royal Bank Plaza skyscraper in Toronto (Canada) for approximately 1,150 million Canadian dollars (more than 874 million euros).

In addition to these assets, there are other logistics assets in the United States: a platform occupied by FedEx in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin for an amount of 35 million dollars (around 34 million euros) and a distribution center in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania), for an amount of 148 million dollars (approximately 147 million euros).

After these acquisitions, Ortega plans to buy the future headquarters of Meta, the conglomerate that brings together Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, in Dublin, for 550 million euros.

In the event of the completion of the operation, the negotiations of which are advanced, Ortega would become the owner of the Fibonacci Square office project, with an area of ​​100,000 square meters, six buildings and a capacity of 8,000 people. .

The founder of Inditex invests part of the dividends he receives from the textile company in the real estate sector through his investment company Pontegadea Inmobiliaria.
