Minaean SP Construction Corp., of Vancouver, Canada, has expressed interest in reactivating the requirement to build a 400-bed “hospital of excellence” in Lambayeque.

Representative Mervyn Pinto, President and CEO, sent a letter to the Regional Governor, Jorge Pérez Flores, in which he presented his expression of interest in the financing and construction of this hospital on a unique government-to-government contractual basis .

Minaean SP Construction Corp. is a Canadian general contractor based in Vancouver and a subsidiary of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, with 156 years of experience.

In the letter, they specify that Minaean SP Construction Corp. focuses on developing projects under a unique contract model, laying the foundation for contract negotiation, including project financing at reasonable interest rates, on a government-negotiated basis. Government.

In this way, the Government of Canada becomes the underwriter of the contract on behalf of the Canadian company in accordance with its terms and conditions, overseeing the quality and progress of the work throughout the duration of the contract.

“We want to explore opportunities to contribute to the development of health infrastructure and build a hospital.

They add that as a group they have the capacity to facilitate the necessary funding through the Ministry of Development.

If this expression of interest is accepted, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed to forge the relationship and establish the process of official conversation between the Government of Canada and Peru.
