Canadian company BGO opens more than 300 new positions
The company belongs to the service sector and from Costa Rica provides support to customers in the United States and Canada.
Bill Gosling Outsourcing (BGO)a Canadian company that provides services to the fintech, banking/financial institutions, e-commerce, retail, automotive and utilities industries, is gearing up for growth in Costa Rica.
The company arrived in the country in 2019 and recognizes that its development has been boosted by Costa Rica’s political and economic stability, as well as the talent of the workforce. Precisely last December, BGO reached 1,000 employees in its operation in Costa Rica.

Talent search: 300 new jobs
BGO is located in the El Cafetal Corporate Center, in Belén de Heredia, and in the first three months of 2023 they plan to hire 300 people to provide support in agent and customer service positions, as well as leadership roles to serve customers in the United States. United States and Canada.
