San José Obrero has already moved at the start of the winter transfer window: the Canadian Judd Peter joins the Las 500 team to strengthen his midfield. This was made official by the club on their social media, where they welcomed the young Canadian.
The signing comes to the club from Siello Football Academy, which last pre-season played a friendly against UB Conquense at Obispo Laplana. David Sierra, trusted by the working-class group after managing other players in recent seasons, acted as mediator between the two sides. Peter has been enrolled in San José Obrero training for about a month, so he is already adapted to the discipline, explains Gabriel García, president of San José Obrero.
It will be David Angulo’s decision if the youngster sees any minutes this Saturday in the match against Villa, but he is fit to play, since the transfer from Canada has already arrived and everything is in order at the federation level. Most likely debuts, since San Jose is heavily punished right now considering injuries and penalties. Héctor Herraiz and Alberto Recuenco will also miss the day due to the two game suspensions they received in the last home game against Azuqueca.
According to García, the midfielder leaves good feelings during Obrero training: “He is dynamic and gives his all. He can play as a midfielder or a bit more forward.”
