Located in the Canadian province of Alberta, on the edge of the Rocky Mountains, it is now on sale for 25.5 million Canadian dollars, or around 18.4 million euros.

The property spans approximately 500 acres and includes a stately main farmhouse, several guest cabins, an indoor riding arena, a 4.5 hectare lake featuring a boathouse and the original Wild West town setting that appears in the film no forgiveness.

“In addition to Clint Eastwood, the film’s co-stars Morgan Freeman, Gene Hackman and Richard Harris spent a lot of time at the ranch. owners they bought this western town and rebuilt it for fun,” says Chris Burns, consultant at Engel & Völkers Vancouver, the firm in charge of marketing it.

Fisher Creek Ranch is located in an idyllic setting at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, just an hour’s drive from the Canadian city of Calgary. Pine trees line the driveway that leads from the property’s main gates, past an ancient fort, to the main residence, an impressive farmhouse combining massive logs with steel and stone. Clint Eastwood lived there while filming in 1992.

“Inspired by the towns featured in popular Western movies, the ranch owners built it for fun. What’s unusual is that each of the buildings is fully functional and habitable rather than just a plateau facade of cinema. No, there’s no private ranch with anything like that,” says Chris Burns.

Right next to the village is a 4.5 hectare lake with crystal clear water, a waterfall and a boathouse. Thanks to the excellent water quality, the lake can be used both for recreational sports and for raising rainbow trout. Another highlight is the expansive equestrian facilities: a 20,000-square-foot complex with a five-seater stable, indoor arena, arena and viewing room, and veterinary practice. The ranch also has a helipad.
