Currently, according to data processed by the Internal Revenue System (IRS), 1.9 million electronic vouchers are authorized; while 1.2 million taxpayers are in this electronic invoicing system and 12,581 are in the test phase.
The director of zone 9 of the SRI, Felipe Córdova, explained that currently this system contributes is vital and essential for the environment.

In addition, he recalled that those who make use of this system will have a control more money than the number of vouchers you have issued or have been issued.
From November 30, the IRS will no longer give authorization for the issuance of physical invoices. Previously authorized persons will continue to circulate, for a period of validity of two to one year at the national level.
