In 2021, 504,000 tourists arrived by plane, and 3,700 flights were recorded, with an offer of 715,000 places.

In 2022, scheduled flights from Canada to Mexico exceed 12,000 and 2.3 million seats, which means an increase of 233% and 219% respectively, compared to 2021.

Torruco Marqués mentioned that scheduled flights from Vancouver to Mexico for 2022 total 2,800 and 478,000 scheduled seats, an increase of 252% and 251% compared to 2021.
