The meeting was held ahead of Chile’s participation in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit, which will take place from November 14 to 19 in Bangkok, Thailand.

It should be noted that Chile has signed 18 trade agreements of varying scope with 16 of the 20 other APEC economies.
