The municipal president of San Juan del Río, Roberto Cabrera Valencia, is delighted with the arrival of the Tim Hortons chain in Querétaro, since four of their branches will be for this municipality.

The mayor spoke of the importance of these businesses looking to and locating in this municipality, as it means that economic development is on the right track.

He recalled that he had been present the previous days when his arrival was announced, and something that can be highlighted is that this company allocates 10% of its jobs to the elderly, which will be very important for this sector of San Juan.

“It’s a company that has 10% of the thousand jobs, which is to say that a hundred will be for the over 60s, and they hire at least 10% of the workers for the elderly, which seems excellent to me. , it will also be an opportunity for our seniors in San Juan”.

For now, she is aware that her main outlets will be on Central Avenue and 57th, and most likely one in the Historic Center of the city, but that would be defined according to her marketing strategies.

“These four stores will be on Central Avenue, I think there are two, one on the side of the 57 freeway, where these three are in gas stations and stores that are a very good point of sale, and they were even offered to explore the possibility of anything from a municipal facility to it being a very historic center, we’d like, and I can’t remember exactly if there’s another place but I remember that at least these three yes, and apparently they are with the intention of putting all the stores in outlets, they tell me that there are different sizes of stores, restaurants, cafeterias and that they could put the most appropriate to the needs of San Juan, for which I repeat that we are very grateful”.

Regarding the possibility of traveling to Canada, the mayor of San Juan indicated that the comment was made while he was at the presentation, however, nothing was confirmed, since this possibility was only discussed to see how the procedure for his coffee was done. in addition to the fact that it coincides with the tour of the state government in this country, but there is nothing concrete.

“They invited us because they have a coffee grinder and they have a method to be able to have a high quality of the coffee they have, and all the coffee bean goes directly to the grinder in the preparation, and they have invited to see the process, so the comment came from there but it is not confirmed, and it is not necessary to go to San Juan del Río, in a good way to say that it is necessary to invest, come to San Juan, as is this Canadian commercial chain, which apart from a presence here in Mexico where the brand is already very well positioned, well, they gladly invite us and apparently I think it coincides with a tour that is being made by our governor, so I’m not confirmed yet.
