Chris Jericho feels the vibe in the AEW locker room is positive

All Elite Wrestling has faced a rather complicated year for reasons unrelated to wrestling, largely due to the rarefied climate that several altercations have left behind in backstage featuring top talent such as CM Punk, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, Samy Guevara That is Andrade the idol.

Conflicts that called into question the good atmosphere and camaraderie in a locker room that wanted to be united. However, three characters have emerged amidst this media storm. Three veterans who tried to calm things down to redirect their people on the right path.

We are talking about Bryan Danielson, jon moxley and Chris Jericho, who have established themselves as the locker room leaders, a topic the latter was asked about during a recent interview with Connor Casey of comics. Below we leave you with his most notable statements, transcription courtesy of combative:

“It’s just that we’re a growing company. You know what I mean? When I worked in WCW, I was 50. When I worked in WWF, I was 60. We’ve been here three years, so there will always be growing pains. And that’s why someone like me, Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley, we’re the team captains. It’s like a football team or a hockey team.

There will always be little bumps in any business, in any locker room for any type of sport. That’s how things are. So we have to deal with it. And the funny thing is, everyone has an opinion when they’re on the internet and social media and stuff. We know what is really going on and we know there are things that need to be fixed, but the positivity in our business is running high, as is the optimism about where we are going in the years to come.

It’s very exciting and the fact that we just celebrated our third anniversary is huge because we never knew it. We never knew if we would have a birthday. So there are growth issues, it’s natural and okay. That’s why I’m here. We deal with problems and we focus more on the positive, which is 98% compared to the other two“.

Meanwhile, Chris Jericho continues to reign supreme as ROH World Champion in one of All Elite Wrestling’s most interesting stories, where the Canadian promised to destroy the legacy of Ring Of Honor killing everyone involved in the business, especially its former champions.
