Angels.- Canadian singer Justin Bieber has announced that he is officially canceling his upcoming concert dates as part of his tour known as the “Justice World Tour”.
Through a post made on his official Instagram profile, Bieber indicated that he will have to take a break in the middle of his concert tour months after announcing that he has Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a complication that occurs when a outbreak affects the facial nerve.
The singer had recently offered six concerts on the European continent and was also one of the main attractions of the Rock in Rio music festival in Brazil.
“Last weekend, I showed up at Rock in Rio and gave everything I had to the Brazilian people. After leaving the stage, exhaustion overwhelmed me and I realized that I had to make my health the priority at the moment”, declares part of the text published on the aforementioned social network.
The singer said that before formalizing the cancellation of his world tour dates, he consulted his doctors, who recommended that he take a break and recover his health.
Bieber had dozens of performances scheduled around the world through March 2023, and at least the following performances scheduled in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Sakhir, Dubai, Tel Aviv, New Dehli, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Jakarta and Bangkok have been canceled.
Neither the pop music singer nor his work team announced an estimated resumption schedule for the dates that were canceled, nor whether the tour would resume at some point.
Bieber’s Ramsay Hunt syndrome is a rare neurological disorder that can inflame and paralyze the facial nerve, causing a painful rash around the ear or mouth. In addition to facial paralysis, it can lead to hearing loss.
