Monterrey.- Vaccination of minors aged 5 to 11 in Nuevo León will continue next week, the Roadrunner Brigade announced.
In a statement, it was reported that it will be from September 5 to 9 that the doses of Pfizer will be applied to minors living in the municipalities of Juárez, Santa Catarina, Guadalupe, San Nicolás and Monterrey.
“Children who are already 5 years old at the time of vaccination will be treated, without exception.
“In the event that the boy or girl does not meet the minimum age requirement, they will be asked to report at a later date,” the letter states.
In the case of Juárez, the application will be carried out in UMF 20 and the Monte Kristal, Ejido Juárez and La Esperanza health centers.
Family Medical Unit 64 and La Fama, San Gilberto and José López Portillo Health Centers will be the headquarters in Santa Catarina.
While Family Medicine Units 30, 32 and 68 will be the sites where the biological is applied in Guadalupe.
Like the Cañada Blanca and Tamaulipas Health Centers and the Maternal and Infant High Specialty Hospital; these also in this municipality.
In San Nicolás de Los Garza, vaccination will only be done at the Nova Clinic.
And in Monterrey it will be in three places: ISSSTE de Constitución, AEMA Hospital Universitario and ÚNEME Pediátrica.
In all sites, vaccination will take place from Monday, September 5 to Friday, September 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
For this age group, the application of reinforcements is not allowed, so only the first and second doses will be carried out.
This announcement comes after the first week of vaccination for children between 5 and 11 years old, long queues will be seen in demand for this biological.
