The Interlomas Mundo Automotriz supplier was established in December 2001 in Huixquilucan, Mexico State, with Benito, Sergio, Karla and Arturo Grinberg Kreimerman as shareholders, according to documents held by Forbes Mexico.

Interlomas Mundo Automotriz obtained public contracts in Mexico City with the Citizen Security Secretariat and the mayors of Gustavo A. Madero, Iztapalapa, Venustiano Carranza and Álvaro Obregón. In turn, in the State of Mexico, it won tenders from the municipalities of Huixquilucan and Toluca, as well as the Chamber of Deputies.
