- Zacatecas, Zac.- The president of the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Zacatecas (TSJEZ), Arturo Nahle García, regretted and described as illegal and unconstitutional the decision of the Chamber of Deputies to approve yesterday, Tuesday, the removal of 13 of the 14 trusts. of the judicial branch of the Federation for an amount that exceeds 15 billion pesos.
“The decision they made last night in the House is unlikely to stand, it is absolutely illegal, unconstitutional and violates Article 123 of the Constitution.” The president of the court declared.
Nahle García explained that these trusts constitute an economy for the judiciary, benefiting the 55,000 workers, in related areas, for example; with health, housing, pensions, retirement, among other supports, social benefits or employer obligations.
“Now that they are canceling these trusts, they are no longer going to give support or incentives to workers, because with what money, acquired rights are violated.” » affirmed Nahlé.
In this sense, the magistrate warned that a series of protections would come in favor of workers.
“The world of labor lawsuits is going to come and workers are going to win because the benefits or accrued rights cannot be taken away from them.” Garcia sentenced.
This year’s national budget was 8.3 billion pesos, of which only 77 billion was allocated to the Judiciary of the Federation, an amount that does not even exceed 1%, as the president of the court indicated, this which is a political issue, referring to the fact that excess, privilege, waste and corruption are moving to the other side.
The magistrate stressed that “it is not a question of 15 billion pesos, it is not a question of money, it is an eminently political question, it is a question of defaming, of exhausting, of disqualifying and therefore weaken one of the three powers of the Union and which attacks our republican system.
Although he recognized that at the state level there are good relations between the executive and judicial branches, he criticized the relationship that exists at the federal level in the face of the environment of insecurity and other concerns that knows the country.
