CNE – The largest fair in Canada
The iconic Canadian National Exhibition returns to Toronto with favorite events and new attractions. The CNE takes place over 18 days and features a wide variety of entertainment and events including Bandshell concerts, celebrity chef demonstrations, aerobatics and ice skating show, dog show, working farm, parades and a three-day air show.
It takes place at 210 Princes’ Blvd, where you can also find food trucks just inside historic Princes’ Gates, across from the Beanfield Center and Enercare Center. You can consult the program and to buy tickets online.

toronto chinatown festival
This festival features incredible traditional dance and opera performances, kung fu performances, art and culture stalls, multicultural street food: barbecued calamari, bubble tea, waffle ice cream bubbles and more.
Admission is free and for all ages. Plus, there will be lots of raffles and a chance to learn more about one of Toronto’s oldest communities. It takes place on the west side of Spadina Avenue, between St Andrew St and Sullivan St, Toronto.

butterfly party
The Butterfly Festival is one of the best things to do this weekend in Toronto. This is the incredible opportunity to see the monarch butterfly before it begins its annual migration to Mexico, where it spends the winter.
Don’t miss the show at Tommy Thompson Park. A variety of activities will be offered for people of all ages such as hikes with expert guides, games and activities for children, and more. Free entry.

Toronto Outdoor Photo Show – Bell Manor Park
This weekend, the Toronto Outdoor Picture Show returns to Etobicoke. For three nights, visitors can enjoy short and feature films for the whole family at Bell Manor Park (1 Bayside Lane, Toronto). On this occasion Jumanji and Coco will be screened.
It is recommended to bring a blanket or chairs for an amazing night. Free entry. At the location, you can buy food and drinks from 6 p.m., the screening starts at 8 p.m.

TD Markham Jazz Festival
The TD Markham Jazz Festival is a five-day event where top professional jazz musicians perform on three stages on Main Street Unionville in Markham. Main Street comes alive with over 30 free performances throughout the day and night on outdoor stages, on the street and in bars and restaurants.
It’s for all ages and admission is free.
