A Leonean will represent Spain at the Canadian Police Olympics

Isaac Mao, from the National Police of San Andrés del Rabanedo Police Station, will again represent Spain at the World Police and Fire Championships, known as the Police Olympics, taking place from July 28 to August 6 in Winnipeg, Canada.

The Leone agent and member of the La Venatoria masters swimming team will compete in five individual events and will be a member of the national team in the men’s and mixed relay events, competing in up to nine events.

20,000 athletes from 70 countries

The city of Winnipeg, capital of the province of Manitoba in Canada, will bring together more than 20,000 athletes and fans from all over the planet for the 20th edition of the World Police and Fire Games, an event of great international prestige in which police officers and firefighters from nearly 70 countries participate in nearly 60 sports.
