“Has anyone ever thought of Ken before that? (…) no, we haven’t cared about Ken all this time (…) If you ever cared about Ken, you would know that nobody cares. So your hypocrisy is that’s why you have to tell your story,” the actor told American magazine GQ on Wednesday.
Gosling’s statements come after the 42-year-old actor was criticized on social media for being considered “too old” to play the multi-talented plastic doll’s handsome boyfriend in the Greta-directed film. Gerwig.
