Sara Sorribes, from Castellón, was on the verge of victory in the II Open Villa of Madrid ($100,000+H) after being beaten by Serbian Olga Danilovic 6-2 6-3 in the final played this Sunday at Club de Campo Villa in Madrid.
For the player from Vall d’Uix, this is the first final after her return to competition after six months of absence from the circuit due to a scaphoid injury in her right foot: It’s not the result I would have liked, but Olga played better than me. He has a great career ahead of him.
