Roman Reigns had been announced by WWE to appear in the next live show that WWE had hosted in North Carolina. On May 15, the company announced Reigns’ attendance for the event, but today they released a statement confirming that the Samoan will not be attending.
“Incorrect promotional material advertising Roman Reigns in Fayetteville was posted this Saturday, May 20. Roman Reigns will not be in Fayetteville. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase until 7:30 a.m. ET on the day of the event“. However, he will be present for the next SmackDown program next Friday.
This is mainly due to the state of part time which gives him the contract that Roman recently signed with WWE, in which he exempts him from appearing in the same number of show than other superstars, and is even absent from some weekly and PLE shows, as happened in Backlash.
However, this week on SmackDown, he will make an appearance to team up with Solo Sikoa and take on Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, as at Night of Champions the Canadians must defend their belts in pairs against The Bloodline leader and a Solo Sikoa who each time, he seems to be closer to Reigns and further away from the Usos.
