Cirque du Soleil returns to Charlotte at the end of the year with BAZZAR

Charlotte.- Cirque du Soleil returns to Charlotte with BAZZAR.

The Canadian-born entertainment company has announced that it will be in town from December 16, 2023 through January 12, 2024 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

This will be Cirque du Soleil’s first marquee show in Charlotte since TOTEM was produced in 2011.

Tickets for BAZZAR are on sale exclusively for Cirque Club members starting today at 10 a.m.

All about BAZZAR

BAZZAR was established in 2018 and has toured India and the Middle East.

It was revived in September 2022 in Brazil and has since toured South America before coming to the United States.

Featuring an international cast of 35 artists and musicians, the show includes seesaw, stunt bike, contortion, roller duo, trapeze duo, aerial rope, hair suspension, fire manipulation and slackline.

For the first time in Cirque du Soleil history, a Mallakhamb act is incorporated.

It is a traditional Indian sport in which a gymnast performs aerial yoga poses and wrestling holds in concert with a fixed or suspended vertical wooden pole.
