Uruguayan technology company Cualit is acquired by Canadian company The Sandbox

Buenos Aires- Canadian company The Sandbox has acquired Uruguayan technology company Cualit, full service software provider.

According to El País, with a secret number, The Punta del Este-based company’s transaction was completed last month after a year of collaboration and, after the change of ownership, it will be renamed The Sandbox Uruguay.

Cualit is a full service agency that aims to create innovative and quality digital experiences to drive the success of the world’s biggest brands and startups. Its clients include Local, Mautone, FanWin and Herrmann International.

The main services it offers consist of immersive experiences, marketing strategies and storytelling design, creating “digital experiences to drive the success of the world’s biggest brands and startups”

A) Yes, This will be the company’s second subsidiary in the region, while the intention is to maintain the team of a hundred collaborators that it had until now.

The company was founded by brothers Martín and Federico Pérez, which will continue to animate the local sphere.
