Elon Musk said he was honored to have met Pope Francis

The billionaire owner of Tesla, Elon Musk and part of his family visited Pope Francis.

Musk announced the news via his account on the social network Twitter, where He published a photo with the Sovereign Pontiff on which we also find four of his children.

“Honored to meet the Pope yesterday“commented the businessman in the message that accompanies the photograph. The graphic shows the magnate on the right of Francisco and on the left the heirs of Musk.

The meeting took place at Casa Santa Marta on Friday afternoon and was not on Francisco’s official agenda, like many private meetings the pontiff holds with different personalities at his residence.

According to Italian media, the Tesla CEO wanted to show the Pope his vision on how best to use technology to improve the world.

Despite his health problems, the pope remains standing for the portrait. To the right of the head of the Catholic Church, we also see that he is carrying a cane.

SHORT BREAK

In this way, Musk is again in the news due to his presence on the social network Twitter, where although quite participatory, he had remained without any type of interaction for several days.

The Tesla owner made headlines last week after a California judge approved a request by the adult daughter to change her name and gender on her birth certificate.

Vivian Jenna Wilson, previously identified as Xavier Alexander Musk, filed the petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court the day after her 18th birthday in April.

He cited gender identity and an apparent dislike of his father as the reason for the change.

I no longer live or wish to be related to my biological father in any way“, he wrote in the petition.

Judge Rafael Ongkeko approved the petition at the Santa Monica Courthouse after no one objected to the change. A hearing that was scheduled for Friday has been cancelled. The court order said a new birth certificate would be issued reflecting the change.

Vivian will now legally use her mother’s last name, Canadian author Justine Wilson, who was married to Musk from 2000 to 2008.

The couple had five children, the eldest of whom died in infancy. Vivian has a twin brother.

Musk has been married three times, twice to “Westworld” actress Talulah Riley. He has two young children with singer Grimes.

On Father’s Day, Musk tweeted, “Love all my kids so much.”

Musk, 50, who is currently trying to buy Twitter for $44 billion, has previously said he supports transgender people, although he has been criticized for excluding the use of different pronouns.
