The Teresian Cities Network is participating these days with its own stand in the ExpoGalicia International Tourism Fair, which is being held in the Galician town of Silleda from June 8 to 12.
Huellas de Teresa presents in this tourist event the gastronomic, cultural and heritage offer of the fourteen towns that make up the network.
“Huellas de Teresa was already present in the last editions of INTUR and FITUR and with this initiative we seek to strengthen alliances with professionals in the tourism sector to strengthen our brand and be a benchmark in the religious and cultural tourism sector “, explains the president of the network and deputy mayor of Beas de Segura, José Alberto Rodríguez.
Within ExpoGalicia, the XII Galician Tourist Fair is also held, which has a tourist recruitment exchange involving more than 30 tour operators present in twelve countries, such as Germany, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Spain, United States, France, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom and Uruguay.
“We have closed meetings with more than 20 tour operators interested in learning about the Teresian heritage in our municipalities. This is a very interesting opportunity for all the cities of the Network”, indicates Rodríguez.
The ExpoGalicia tourism fair welcomed nearly 100,000 visitors during the 2022 edition.
